The first department is the School Administrators who is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the school and ensuring that everything is running smoothly. They oversee the teacher's compensation, class sizes, and any type of teacher pay raises that need to be made.

The next department in the school district is the Finance Department, which oversees the financial operations of the school district, including everything from school maintenance to financial aid programs. The Finance Department also handles all types of financial issues, including making sure that the teachers get paid and that the school district is not going to go into default.

The next department is the Human Resources Department which is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and firing all of the teachers in the district. The Human Resources Department also handles anything that has to do with the physical aspects of the school such as the building and grounds, the janitorial services and school supplies and equipment.

In order for the school to be successful, there needs to be a balance between all of the departments in the human resources department, because a person who is not happy with his or her employment, may leave and there needs to be a position available to replace that person. There are three different types of school board, the elected school board members; they are the School Superintendent, the School Board Trustee's, and the School Board of Education.
